Booking & Access

How do I book a meeting pod?

Visit meetatpod.com, select your preferred pod size and location, choose your time slot, and complete the booking process. You'll receive an OTP for secure access to your pod.

What is the minimum booking duration?

The minimum booking duration is 1 hour. You can book for longer periods based on availability.

How does the OTP access system work?

After booking, you'll receive a unique OTP on your registered phone number. Use this OTP to unlock the pod's smart lock system. The OTP is valid only for your booked time slot.

Can I extend my booking while using the pod?

Yes, you can extend your booking if the pod is available for the extended time. Simply use the app or website to add more time to your current session.

Pricing & Payment

What are the pricing options?

Small pods (7-seater) are ₹699 per hour, and large pods (11-seater) are ₹899 per hour. We also offer corporate packages and membership plans for regular users.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets. Corporate clients can also opt for invoice-based payments.
